CME INDIA Background
CME INDIA is a unique knowledge platform that focuses on the Continuous Medical Education of internal medicine physicians and super specialists. The content on the platform is curated by the medical professionals who are a part of one of its six WhatsApp groups. This leads to dynamic discussions and a rich pool of documented knowledge for the future.
Though CME INDIA WhatsApp groups had been active since 2016, their presence became pivotal in the COVID times as medical professionals across the world struggled to deal with the notorious virus. Medical guidelines were changing overnight and created tremendous confusion. Thus, the medical fraternity leveraged the presence of the CME INDIA groups to better understand the virus and discuss possible treatments. These discussions have been used in making national policies and modifications in treatment protocols as well.

A trial version of the website was launched on 19th August 2020. In a span of merely 3 months, the webpage has been visited by thousands of visitors. In fact, two CME INDIA articles went viral and were circulated across the globe – together amassing nearly 130,000 views.

The Digital Transformation of CME INDIA groups – with limited participants – to a platform for all medical professionals has been carried out by Rishav Manaswi, Founder (Dynamic Cognition), MBA, (France). He is responsible for not only the fluid design of the website but also content management on a day-to-day basis.

CME INDIA WhatsApp group discussions have become a boon for medical fraternity in India. These discussions are edited, modified and the best of those discussions, cases, updates are posted daily on the website.
